5+ years of experience in writing technical documentation typically for software company with good knowledge of technical documentation procedures and best practices.
Experience using FrameMaker and RoboHelp preferred.
Experience designing and writing HTML-based online Help.
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Good written and oral communication skills.
Should be able to plan, research, write, edit, and maintain user documentation.
