David J. Wippich | President and CEO As president and CEO, David Wippich comes to Ensim with over twenty years of experience at international technology companies. Most recently David served as president and chief operating officer at Active ISP, one of Europe's largest domain name and hosting providers to the SME market. Previously he was executive vice president of marketing and sales at ConnectInc.com, a high-volume e-commerce platform provider serving complex trading networks for Global 2000 companies. In prior positions, David was vice president and general manager for the Internet and Embedded Products Division of Phoenix Technologies and Award Software, and he served in a variety of senior sales and operations management positions at Acer, the world's seventh largest PC maker. David attended Stanford University and Southern Oregon University.
Larry J Wagner | Vice President of Service and Operations As VP Service and Operations, Larry Wagner brings a strong technical and customer-oriented perspective to Ensim Corporation where he manages the technical support team, the professional services group, field engineers around the globe, and worldwide operations.
He served as Vice President of Engineering for the software consulting firm, CME, Inc., for almost 15 years and has managed development and service teams for Award Software, Phoenix Technologies, and RioPort.com where the acquisition and delivery of digital online music was pioneered. Larry has taught programming courses in both corporate and college environments and holds a degree in Computer Science from the University of California at Irvine.
François Depayras | Vice President Marketing & Alliances As VP Marketing & Alliances, Francois brings 10 years of experience in defining, developing and marketing solutions to service providers. His responsibilities include managing the company's strategic alliances and market development efforts, as well as all marketing activities for Ensim's product lines.
Prior to joining Ensim, Francois was Sr. Product Manager at Critical Path were he oversaw the deployment of next-generation hosted messaging solution. He also held the position of Director of Business Development at Commtouch, where he played a key role in the launch of highly profitable product lines. Francois holds an MBA from San Francisco State University.
Scott Young | Vice President, Product Marketing Scott brings over 17 years experience working as a senior executive in technology industries including enterprise software, Internet services, and semiconductors. Prior to joining Ensim, Scott was VP of Marketing at PostPath, developers of the industry’s first natively compatible alternative to Microsoft Exchange. Prior to PostPath, Scott was CEO of UserLand Software, a leading provider of weblog and web publishing solutions. Previous positions include Chief Technology Officer and SVP of Products and Corporate Strategy for Vicinity Corporation a leader in location based services [Nasdaq: VCNT] where he also served as SVP of Operations.
Sandeep Phadke | General Manager, Ensim India As General Manager of Ensim's facility in Pune, India, Sandeep brings more than 17 years of experience managing and coordinating offshore operations for US-based companies. Since joining Ensim in 2000, Sandeep has guided the company's engineering efforts, concentrating on the development of its Windows-based products. Sandeep joined Ensim from Cybermedia Software Private Limited, where he was the Company's CEO. Prior to Ensim's acquisition of Cybermedia, he successfully ran its India operations, specializing in consulting services in the security and networking areas. Previously, Sandeep co-founded and was CEO and general manager of Software Exports Private Limited, where he led the engineering team in developing its storage management products. His earlier work experience includes Advanced Computing Systems Company, as a UNIX developer. Sandeep holds a B. Tech in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and an M.S. in Electrical Computer Engineering from the University of Notre Dame.
