Ensim Service Operations Manager provides automated provisioning, activation, and element level operational management of users and organizations in business applications, cloud services, and infrastructure with self-service role based delegated administration, provisioning templates, granular entitlement and access control, change management, physical and logical resource management, metering and monitoring, usage collection, and reporting.

Ensim Service & Application Connectors enable all of the automation functionality of the above platforms to be fully leverage for fine grain provisioning and element level management for any application, service, or infrastructure system connected through standard web service APIs whether multi-tenant or single tenant, on-premise or in the cloud.

Ensim Service Operations Manager is available in two distinct versions; one for dedicated single tenant environments (with support for multi-domain and multi-forest) use by medium and large-sized enterprises, government agencies, educational institutions, and MSP's, and one for shared multi-tenant environments (with support for remote resource forest) used by telcos and cloud hosting providers targeting the SMB market.  The two can also be used together to deploy private messaging clouds (deploy PaaS with the multi-tenant version with single tenant versions running in the pod with applications like AD, Exchange, Lync, and more.  In addition, advanced directory synchronization can be enabled between the on-premise and hosted directories to manage the users of the organization within the private cloud as if they were running on premise, yet having a cloud service consumer IT experience.
