This module provides a 360-degree view of each of your customers, enabling you to acquire deep knowledge of every account, facilitate collaboration across your organization, and build and maintain strong, long lasting customer relationships.

Subscription Management
Subscription Management provides automatic renewals for your subscriptions and keeps track of renewal history.  As an integrated component of Ensim Unify Service Provider Edition, Subscription Management displays details regarding services and activations as well as customer quotas, in real time.

Order Management
Order Management is used for order creation and execution. Customer support administrators can flexibly submit customer orders using specific price lists, system’s basic prices or user defined prices. In addition discounts for a select item or for the complete order can be defined. As an order is executed, the system automatically creates the necessary subscriptions and activates the corresponding services in the provisioning platform.

Product Management
In the Product Management Module you can setup your product catalog and your pricing options. This feature supports multiple pricing models, discount management, and pricing in multiple currencies.

eCommerce Storefront with Online Ordering Capabilities
Unlock the power of automated online ordering capabilities. This web based storefront takes and manages orders from your website with a fully automated delivery workflow and tracking.

Invoice and Payment Management
Production of invoices and payment collections can easily be handled with this module. Invoices are generated automatically when an order is executed or a subscription is renewed. Payments are added in the system either through payment gateways, using a feed from an external system (using web services API’s) or manually.  Approval workflows can also be implemented.

Business Analytics and Reporting
The Business Analytics Module has one of the industry’s most advanced reporting and display engines with interactive analytic capabilities. By combining real-time and historical pre-built and ad hoc reports users have a fully customizable dashboard.

Customer Messaging
The Customer Messaging Module allows powerful messaging to customers and administrators based on notification triggers for messages ranging in topic from alerts, confirmations, action request, notices, and more.
