Bulk Import and Export of Group Members
Adding large numbers of new members to a group can be time-consuming. Validating the members is equally painful and time consuming. Manually keying in all the data can lead to errors and omissions that create obvious security and compliance problems.
Ensim Unify allows IT administrators and group owners with management authority to bulk import group members. The data source can be a flat file, or any external data source, such as a SQL or HR database. For example, if the attribute is ‘Accounting’, the bulk import feature can pull the member data from the HR database and populate the group quickly and accurately.
